About the Role
ClickPost is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager / GTM Operations Manager to join our team and help optimize the infrastructure that powers our go-to-market strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves building systems from the ground up, thrives on data, and is passionate about driving efficiency and scalability.
You'll be working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to implement AI-driven processes that ensure data transparency, drive growth, and optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing KPIs & Reporting: Own and build comprehensive marketing KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems to measure and track performance across all touchpoints.
  • Martech & Automation: Manage and optimize ClickPost’s Martech stack, ensuring seamless integration and automation of workflows across marketing and sales systems.
  • Sales Operations Alignment: Collaborate with sales teams to refine lead flows, align on reporting needs, and improve productivity through optimized systems and automation.
  • AI-Driven Approach: Leverage AI and automation tools to optimize processes, generate insights, and enhance both marketing and sales workflows.
  • Strategic GTM Support: Work alongside leadership to ensure marketing operations and automation directly contribute to predictable pipeline growth and business goals.
  • Continuous Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, Martech, and automation, scouting for new tools and techniques that can drive efficiency and scalability in GTM operations.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or revenue operations, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong expertise with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Tableau, or other analytics platforms.
  • A deep understanding of B2B marketing funnels, sales development, and demand generation.
  • Proven experience managing Martech stacks and driving automation and integration across multiple systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with various teams.
