About the Role

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Demand Generation pod. You’ll work closely with our Growth Marketing Managers to plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. Your goal? Help drive high-quality leads and contribute directly to pipeline growth.

What You'll Do

Assist in executing paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn
Monitor and optimise campaigns for better conversion rates, CPL, and pipeline contribution
Support keyword research, audience segmentation, and creative testing
Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages
Report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Data Studio
Keep a pulse on industry trends and platform updates to improve performance strategy

What We're Looking For

1–2 years of hands-on experience running performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
A data-first mindset — you enjoy digging into metrics and optimising for real business outcomes
A graduate degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Strong communication and collaboration skills and Startup-friendly attitude: proactive, curious, and open to feedback
